Role Objective:
In this role, you will contribute to building ConsultBae's outbound sales pipeline by identifying potential clients, initiating conversations with key decision-makers, and scheduling qualified meetings for the leadership team. This is a pure outbound sales role with a strong emphasis on prospecting, research, and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) across ConsultBae's business verticals.
- Research target companies and build high-quality prospect databases using LinkedIn, Apollo, and other sales intelligence tools.
- Identify buying signals such as funding announcements, leadership changes, expansion plans, and hiring trends to uncover potential business opportunities.
- Execute personalized outreach campaigns through LinkedIn, email, and other communication channels to engage decision-makers.
- Initiate and nurture conversations with prospective clients to generate qualified sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, prospect interactions, and pipeline stages within CRM systems and tracking tools.
- Monitor outreach performance and analyze conversion metrics to optimize prospecting efforts.
- Share regular updates on pipeline progress, prospect engagement, and business opportunities with internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with leadership and sales teams to ensure smooth handover of qualified prospects and scheduled meetings.
Success Metrics:
- Number of qualified meetings booked.
- Number of sales opportunities generated.
