About the job Key Responsibilities Create and manage property listings across OTA platforms, ensuring accurate property information, descriptions, images, amenities, and policies. Review and optimize listing content to improve visibility and consistency across all OTA channels. Update pricing and availability across OTA platforms to ensure accurate inventory management. Maintain rate parity across OTAs, the company website, and other distribution channels. Manage property performance, rates, and inventory through channel managers and OTA dashboards. Ensure real-time synchronization of rates, availability, and promotions across all OTA platforms. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, including booking conversion rates, occupancy rates, and RevPAR. Respond to OTA queries related to bookings, cancellations, special requests, and property updates. Resolve booking-related issues and support modifications to ensure a seamless guest experience. Coordinate with OTA account managers to address issues and improve listing performance. Monitor guest reviews across OTA platforms and identify recurring feedback trends. Respond professionally to guest reviews to enhance guest satisfaction and brand reputation. Collaborate with property teams to address guest feedback and implement service improvements. Prepare daily and weekly reports covering bookings, cancellations, guest reviews, and OTA commission costs.

Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify performance gaps and growth opportunities. Identify OTA promotions, campaigns, and marketing opportunities that can benefit the property. Develop expertise in OTA platforms, policies, booking systems, and operational processes. Build and maintain relationships with OTA representatives to improve property visibility and performance. Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, front desk, and reservations, to ensure information accuracy. Assist with guest communication, including pre-arrival coordination and handling special requests received through OTA platforms.
