SwastyaPhysio promotes a collaborative, patient-centered environment where clinical excellence and continuous learning are encouraged.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Orthopedic Physiotherapist role based in Bengaluru. The Orthopedic Physiotherapist will assess patients with musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions, perform detailed physical evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans. Daily responsibilities include delivering manual therapy, prescribing and supervising therapeutic exercises, and applying electrotherapy or other modalities as appropriate. The role involves tracking patient progress, updating clinical documentation, and communicating treatment goals and outcomes clearly with patients and caregivers. The physiotherapist will also collaborate with other healthcare professionals, follow clinic protocols, and contribute to patient education, injury prevention, and rehabilitation programs.Qualifications
- Professional qualification in Physiotherapy (Bachelors or Masters in Physiotherapy, preferably with a focus in Orthopedics) and valid registration/licensure as required.
- Strong clinical skills in musculoskeletal assessment, manual therapy techniques, exercise prescription, and rehabilitation planning for orthopedic conditions.
- Ability to create patient-centered treatment plans, set measurable goals, and adjust interventions based on progress and clinical findings.
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate clinical records, documenting assessments and outcomes, and using basic digital tools or clinic software.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment plans, home exercises, and prevention strategies.
- Commitment to evidence-based practice, continuous professional development, and adherence to ethical and safety standards in clinical care.
- Experience in an orthopedic or musculoskeletal-focused clinical setting is preferred; new graduates with strong orthopedic training are also encouraged to apply.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, manage time effectively, and handle a steady patient caseload on-site in Bengaluru.
