About the job
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor brand mentions, keywords, competitor activities, and industry conversations across social media, review sites, forums, blogs, news portals, and discussion platforms.
- Manage Online Reputation Management (ORM) activities, including responding to customer reviews, queries, and complaints.
- Ensure all responses are timely, accurate, empathetic, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Escalate critical issues and coordinate with internal stakeholders for timely resolution.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly ORM and social listening reports.
- Analyze sentiment trends, share of voice, competitor activity, and key conversation themes.

Other requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in online reputation management (ORM), social listening, community management, or digital customer engagement.
- Familiarity with social listening and ORM tools such as QuickMetrix, Sprinklr, Meltwater, Brandwatch, Locobuzz, or similar platforms.
- Strong written communication and customer response management skills.
- Ability to analyze online conversations and derive actionable insights from data.
