About the RoleWe are a fast-growing, founder-led direct-to-consumer (D2C) brand in the sneaker-care space. You will be working for Nabhya Ayurveda , one of our own Brands .We're looking for an Organic Marketing Head to own and scale our organic presence primarily on Instagram through viral, meme, and niche content, and to lead our content engine end to end. You'll set the organic strategy, ride trends fast, and manage a team of video editors to keep a steady stream of scroll-stopping content going out. Location: Goregaon West, Mumbai In-office (Monday to Saturday) Employment Type: Full-time Experience: 1+ year (experienced) Reports to: Founder / Marketing LeadKey Responsibilities
- Own and drive the organic social strategy, primarily on Instagram (and other relevant platforms).
- Grow followers and engagement organically through trend-led, viral, meme, and niche content.
- Spot and act fast on trending formats, audio, and cultural moments before they peak.
- Plan and maintain a consistent content calendar reels, posts, and stories.
- Lead and manage a team of video editors brief them, assign work, review output, and keep quality and turnaround high.
- Develop hooks, concepts, and scripts that fit the brand and the niche.
- Track performance (reach, engagement, saves, shares, follower growth) and double down on what works.
- Build and engage the community comments, DMs, and the wider niche.
- Work with the performance-marketing team to repurpose top organic content into paid ads.
- Stay plugged into meme culture, creators, and niche trends relevant to the brand.
Must-Have Skills & Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience growing organic Instagram accounts meme pages, niche pages, or brand accounts with proven growth to show.
- A strong, demonstrable track record / portfolio of accounts you've built or scaled (you're known in the organic space).
- Deep grasp of trending formats, reels, audio, memes, and niche content.
- Ability to manage and lead a team of video editors.
- Sharp content instincts hooks, storytelling, and an eye for what goes viral.
- Strong content planning and consistency.
- Comfortable reading Instagram analytics and understanding growth levers.
