Oracle Fusion Technical Lead (OIC Expert with BIP) Location: Chennai | Bangalore | Hyderabad Work Mode: Hybrid Notice Period: Immediate to 7 DaysAbout the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion Technical Lead to lead technical initiatives in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), data migration, and business intelligence reporting. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on expert with deep knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP, capable of translating business requirements into robust technical solutions while providing strategic guidance throughout the project lifecycle.Key Responsibilities Lead technical design and implementation of data migrations and integrations (inbound and outbound) using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Develop and optimize reports using BI Publisher (BIP) and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) Provide best practices recommendations and system-level guidance to ensure alignment with Oracle Cloud infrastructure and PaaS capabilities Identify future-state technical needs and propose solutions leveraging OIC, BIP, and OTBI Understand business requirements, propose development estimates, and define technical approaches for complex integrations Create prototypes, technical approach documents, and quick reference guides aligned with client requirements and current-state processes Prepare comprehensive technical specifications for interfaces with external systems Coordinate pre-development and post-development review sessions with development teams, stakeholders, and clients Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and develop integrated UAT test plans across multiple modules Provide knowledge transfer and mentoring to development teams and clients throughout the project lifecycleRequired Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field Strong functional and technical experience with Oracle Cloud ERP modules, particularly Procurement-to-Pay (P2P) and Finance/Supply Chain modules Hands-on expertise in designing and implementing data migrations and integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Demonstrated proficiency in BI Publisher (BIP) and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) report development Proven experience with data migration projects for Finance and Supply Chain modules in Oracle Cloud environments Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud PaaS and technical development best practices Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience managing client and stakeholder interactions Ability to create technical specifications, solution documents, and implementation guidesPreferred Qualifications Experience with Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) Experience with Oracle Application Express (APEX) Oracle Cloud certifications Experience in Procurement-to-Pay (P2P) transformation projectsCore Competencies Technical Leadership & Strategic Thinking Oracle Cloud ERP Architecture & Design Integration & Data Migration Expertise Business Requirements Analysis Stakeholder Management & Communication Problem-Solving & Solution Design Project Coordination & Delivery Documentation & Knowledge TransferWhat We're Looking ForThe successful candidate will be a hands-on technical expert who can: Bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions Design scalable, maintainable integrations and data migration strategies Lead by example and mentor junior team members Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders Proactively identify risks and propose mitigation strategies Stay current with Oracle Cloud innovations and best practicesMust-Haves Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud technical development and integrations Expert-level experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Mandatory Strong experience in BI Publisher (BIP) report development Mandatory Good working knowledge of OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) Functional understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP modules and related business processes Experience gathering requirements, conducting workshops, and documenting business and technical requirements Ability to analyze and validate current-state processes and propose technical solutions Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience leading client discussions and technical workshops Prior experience leading Oracle Fusion integration and reporting initiativesMandatory Skills Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) BI Publisher (BIP) OTBI Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Oracle Fusion Technical Development & IntegrationsAdditional Information Immediate Joiners or candidates serving notice period up to 7 days preferred Minimum job stability of 2 years in an organization Must be comfortable with video interviews Must be comfortable attending face-to-face interviews if required Excellent communication skills are mandatoryWhy Join Us?This is an excellent opportunity for a technical leader to make a significant impact on enterprise-scale Oracle Cloud implementations.
