- 6–7 years of relevant Oracle experience
- At least 6+ years in Oracle Fusion Technical
- Prior experience in Oracle EBS R12 is a strong advantage

Key Responsibilities
Oracle Fusion Technical Development
- Design and develop technical solutions in Oracle Fusion (HCM/ERP)
- Work on BI Publisher reports, OTBI, and report bursting
- Develop and maintain Fast Formulas (if required) and data extracts
- Execute HDL (HCM Data Loader) for data conversion and mass updates
- Build and support integrations using:
- REST API & SOAP Web Services
- Work on inbound/outbound data integrations
- Handle file-based data exchange and automation
- Develop applications using Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS)
- Customize Fusion UI using Page Composer / Sandbox / VBCS extensions
- Implement business logic using Groovy scripts
- Write optimized SQL queries for reporting and troubleshooting
- Work with Oracle Fusion database structures and data models
- Develop:
- BI Publisher Reports (Data Model + Templates)
- Implement bursting and scheduling mechanisms
- Troubleshoot production issues and performance bottlenecks
- Work with functional teams for requirement analysis and solution design
- Ensure adherence to coding standards and deployment processes
- Experience in Oracle EBS R12 technical components
- PL/SQL, Reports, Interfaces, Concurrent Programs
- Support migration/upgrade/integration between EBS and Fusion (if required)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering
- Oracle certifications (Fusion / Cloud) are preferred
