Key responsibilities

1. Provide comprehensive eye exams and vision tests to patients of all ages.

1. Diagnose and treat various eye conditions, including but not limited to, glaucoma, cataracts, and macular degeneration.

1. Manage and oversee the optical department, including selecting and fitting eyeglasses and contact lenses.

1. Educate patients on proper eye care techniques and the importance of regular check-ups.

1. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.

1. Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in optometry and implement new technologies and techniques as needed.

1. Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team of optical staff and ensure efficient operations.
