You will act as the first line of trust at HireZ. Every host and renter transacting on the platform goes through a verification process, and you will be responsible for managing this process for the first 100 transactions. This is a detail-oriented and process-driven role suited for individuals who enjoy structured workflows, checklists, and accuracy. 1. Verify host identity, including Aadhaar verification, selfie matching, and bank detail collection via WhatsApp 2. Verify renter identity through ID checks and basic profile review before booking confirmation 3. Audit listing photos to ensure accuracy with actual property or item 4. Maintain all verification records in Airtable 5. Flag suspicious activity or mismatches to the Operations Lead 6. Support onboarding of new hosts by collecting and organizing required documents 1. ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 monthly stipend 2. Real startup experience from launch stage 3. Certificate of completion 4.
