Position Summary
Individual contributor that executes tasks within Pricing Agreement Management, ensuring that
performance goals are met for the process
This role is to support the PA Renewal Specialist Role.
Role Responsibilities
Perform non routine tasks related to PA Renewals.
Ability to document tasks into process flows
Responsible for helping to develop training materials
Strong collaboration with customers & branch staff
Reflect a sense of urgency in their tasks
Perform tasks in accordance with the performance metrics
Scope
Execute a number of tasks related to their sub process or the process as a whole
Typically perform tasks that may require troubleshooting to resolve issues
Technical Expertise
Solid User of standard Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
SAP fluency in relevant area of expertise (e.g. SD, CS, CM module)

Basic understanding of Field Service and CRM application like (MS Field Service or MS CRM)
Experience & Education
High school diploma required, BS preferred
Demonstrated ability in comparable type of work.
Business Knowledge
2 to 5 years’ experience in OtC process experience
Communications/Contacts
Intra-departmental for purpose of alignment / information sharing
Cross-functional within same process area
External Customers
Branch staff
Decision Making
Task execution for area of responsibility up to levels defined in Evoqua’s DOA policy (can be approver of
approver)
