Join the Operations team as City Manager for India Ultra Fast Fresh network. As City Manager you will be responsible for direct people management experience in driving operational performance in a highly metric driven environment. You will also lead many process improvement projects for the site and network both, closely work with multiple stakeholder, drive enhancements in key metrics like Quality, Speed and Cost. One of your key responsibilities will also be development of your team members. You must be flexible to work weekends and/or overnight shifts and to travel to intra-city sites to launch, set up & monitor operations. Key job responsibilities Drives creation of staffing plans, schedules, quality initiatives, process change initiatives, and other Change/Six Sigma initiatives to enable their Functional Areas for all the FCs/locations to meet and exceed Business Plan. Sets / clarifies requirements and expectations for all the FC Site leaders. Measures performance, provides feedback, and holds FC Site manager accountable for their performance and the performance of their FC. ### Basic qualifications - 3+ years of employee and performance management experience - Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience - Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays ### Preferred qualifications - 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
