The Operations Manager will oversee all non-academic school operations, ensures rigorous compliance with CBSE and local government guidelines, manages campus infrastructure, and leads the administrative support teams.Key ResponsibilitiesCBSE Compliance: Manage documentation for affiliation renewals, knowledge of government portals like OASIS, UDISE and coordinate logistics and security for CBSE Board Examinations.Facilities & Security: Oversee campus maintenance, cleanliness, and security. Manage vendors and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) for housekeeping, utilities, and CCTV systems.Transport Management: Supervise the school bus fleet, ensuring strict adherence to safety guidelines and local RTO regulations.General Administration: Lead front office, security, and support staff. Manage procurement, school inventory, and vendor negotiations.Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for local civic authorities, parents regarding operational matters.Qualifications & SkillsEducation: Bachelors degree (MBA or Masters in a relevant field preferred).Experience: 5+ years in administration, with at least 23 years in a CBSE school environment.Knowledge: Deep familiarity with CBSE bylaws and statutory school safety norms.Skills: Proficiency in School ERP systems and MS Office; strong leadership, crisis management, and communication skills.
