About A RI Makhana: We are an international B2B manufacturer and exporter of premium makhana (popped water lily seeds). Operating across the US, UAE, and European markets, we supply Tier-1 retail chains, global distributors, and bulk food importers. We operate with a lean, high-velocity team where execution and meeting deadlines are the only metrics that matter.
Role: Operations & Growth Associate (Internship)
Duration: 4-6 months (with strong potential for Full-Time conversion + ESOPs based on performance)
Location: Remote / Flexible (Full freedom to manage your own schedule)
This is not a typical 9-to-5 internship. We are looking for a hungry, self-starting generalist who is ready to do "anything and everything" to scale a global brand. You will work directly with the leadership team, driving international business development and handling core daily operations.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
International Business Development: Aggressively identify, map, and outbound-prospect global importers, distributors, and supermarket buyers via LinkedIn, cold email, and professional networks.
Content & Visual Design: Own the brand's visual identity on digital channels. Design high-converting B2B sales decks, product catalogs, and engaging social media posts.
Social Media Management: Execute content schedules and handle daily engagement across company social platforms.
Cross-Functional Operations: Handle ad-hoc operational, supply chain, and administrative tasks required to keep international shipments moving.
Qualifications & requirements:
Professional Communication: Flawless written and spoken English is mandatory. You must be able to confidently pitch to international corporate executives.
Design Expertise: Exceptional proficiency in Canva (or similar design tools). You must have a strong aesthetic sense for premium, luxury branding.
