Key Responsibilities
- Manage workshop and community operations
- Verify leads, onboarding data, and intern reports
- Schedule meetings and manage founder calendar
- Track payments, records, and business documentation
- Coordinate with clients, partners, and vendors
- Support recruitment and team operations
- Ensure smooth day-to-day execution across the business
Skill(s) required
MS-Office Tally
Other requirements
- MBA is mandatory
- Prior experience in operations, administration, customer support, coordination, HR, or project management is a plus
- Strong organisational and follow-up skills
- Comfortable handling multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English
- Proficient in Google Sheets, Excel, and Google Workspace
- Detail-oriented and process-driven
- Ability to work directly with the Founder and handle confidential information
- Comfortable coordinating with clients, partners, vendors, and team members
