About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include

1. Act as the primary point of contact for customers by managing interactions across phone calls, emails, and chat platforms, while delivering a professional, responsive, and customer-focused experience.

1. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to investigate customer concerns, facilitate issue resolution, and ensure that all queries are addressed accurately and efficiently.

1. Monitor and manage customer requests from initiation to closure, maintain regular follow-ups, and provide proactive support by identifying customer needs and offering appropriate guidance and solutions.
