Job Title:Ecommerce Operations ExecutiveLocation:Delhi, IndiaExperience Required:2–5 YearsEmployment Type:Full-Time Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly organized and result-driven Ecommerce Operations Executive to manage end-to-end ecommerce operations across Shopify website and major marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Firstcry, and many more. The candidate should have experience in handling 500+ daily shipments, order fulfillment, inventory coordination, data management, and team handling.The ideal candidate must be capable of ensuring smooth daily operations, timely dispatches, accurate reporting, and effective coordination with warehouse, logistics, and marketplace teams. Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily ecommerce operations for Shopify website and marketplace platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra etc.Handle and process 500+ daily shipments with accuracy and timely dispatch.Coordinate with warehouse, packaging, and courier partners for smooth order fulfillment.Monitor order processing, invoicing, labeling, dispatch, and delivery tracking.Maintain and manage operational data, shipment reports, MIS reports, inventory records, and sales reports.Ensure inventory synchronization and stock accuracy across all marketplaces and website.Handle returns, RTOs, refunds, replacements, and customer escalation cases efficiently.Monitor marketplace performance metrics such as SLA, cancellation rate, late dispatch rate, and customer satisfaction.Lead and supervise operations team to ensure daily targets and operational efficiency.Coordinate with internal departments including sales, customer support, and accounts for smooth business operations.Identify process improvements to increase operational productivity and reduce errors.
