Roles & Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI. Manage Power BI Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) processes including deployment, version control, and environment management. Develop executive-level reports, dashboards, and visualizations for operational and business insights. Perform data analysis, transformation, and modeling activities. Automate reporting and administrative tasks using PowerShell. Create and maintain reporting templates using Excel and PowerPoint. Work with stakeholders to gather reporting and analytics requirements. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, governance, and report performance optimization. Support report publishing, workspace management, and security administration in Power BI Service. Troubleshoot reporting, refresh, and performance-related issues. Develop and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and reporting standards. Ensure adherence to ITIL processes including Incident, Change, Problem, and Service Request Management. Collaborate with infrastructure, operations, and business teams for reporting enhancements and analytics initiatives. Participate in governance reviews, business presentations, and operational reporting discussions.
Professional & Technical Skills: Strong hands-on experience in: Power BI Development Power BI ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) PowerShell scripting Advanced Microsoft Excel Microsoft PowerPoint Good understanding of: Data modeling and visualization DAX and Power Query Report optimization and performance tuning Power BI Service administration Data governance and reporting standards Dashboard design best practices Reporting automation techniques Process & Service Management Strong understanding of ITIL processes and IT service management practices. Soft Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong presentation and stakeholder management abilities. Analytical and problem-solving mindset. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams. Strong attention to detail and reporting accuracy.
Additional Information
Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.
