Lokmat Bhakti E-commerce is looking for a Operations & Customer Support Executive to support backend operations and ensure a seamless customer experience. Location - Mahape, Navi Mumbai Responsibilities Manage order tracking and delivery coordination Handle customer queries via WhatsApp and calls Coordinate with vendors and courier partners Assist with returns, refunds, and issue resolution Maintain operational records and reports Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns Skills Required Good communication skills in Marathi and English Strong organizational and coordination abilities Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets Attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Customer-focused approach Experience 02 years of experience in customer support, operations, or a similar role Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply SalaryUp to 25,000 per month
