About the job
Role OverviewWe are looking for a fulltime Ecommerce Operations & Customer Support Executive to manage all customer queries, daily order dispatch, and Amazon logistics. This person will ensure that every Mindbrush customer gets a smooth, ontime and warm experience, from first question to final delivery. Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Support (WhatsApp / Email / Instagram / Amazon)
- Respond to all customer queries (order status, product questions, issues) with a friendly and solutionoriented tone.
- Handle Amazon customer messages and reviews: respond professionally, resolve problems, and escalate serious issues.
- Track common questions and share insights to improve FAQs, website copy, and product listings.Order Processing & Daily Shipping
- Download and process daily orders from Shopify and Amazon.
- Create invoices, shipping labels and packing slips and coordinate with packing staff (or pack directly if needed).
- Ensure all orders are dispatched the same day or within defined SLAs and update tracking details where required.Amazon Operations & Logistics
- Manage Amazon Seller Central: order confirmation, dispatch, returns, and case logs.
- Coordinate with Amazon for logistics issues (RTO, lost/damaged shipments, reimbursement cases).
- Monitor inventory levels at Amazon (FBA, if applicable) and at our own warehouse, and share restock alerts.Reporting & Process Improvement
- Maintain daily trackers for orders, returns, escalations, and delivery performance.
- Share a simple daily and weekly summary (orders, tickets closed, issues, delays).
- Suggest process improvements to reduce customer complaints and shipping errors.
