Key Responsibilities
- Help respond to basic customer or user coordination queries using approved scripts.
- Maintain trackers for users, requests, vendors, professionals, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate calls, meetings, email follow-ups, and internal updates.
- Prepare professional email drafts and meeting notes.
- Organize vendor/professional information in structured formats.
- Escalate issues that require senior, technical, legal, financial, or product review.
- Use AI/productivity tools.
- Maintain confidentiality when handling personal or company information.
- Support founder, product ops, marketing, and partnerships workstreams as needed.
- Ensure follow-ups are timely and properly documented.
Skill(s) required
Client Relationship Management (CRM) Effective Communication English Proficiency (Spoken) English Proficiency (Written) Interpersonal skills MS-Excel Scheduling Spoken Communication
Other requirements
- Calm, professional, organized, and trustworthy personality.
- Internship experience in customer support, banking, insurance, wealth management, consulting, legal offices, CA firms, hospitality, or business development.
- Proficiency in Hindi and English; knowledge of regional languages is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM or helpdesk tools is preferred.
