About the job
An Operations & Customer Experience Associate is responsible for driving conversions while ensuring every customer interaction reflects the brand's voice, values, and quality. They are the front line of the brand, turning inquiries into sales and customers into loyal community members.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert Instagram, WhatsApp, and website inquiries into sales
- Assist customers with sizing, styling, and product guidance
- Follow up on pending queries and abandoned carts
- Manage daily customer communication across platforms
- Handle order updates, delivery timelines, and tracking queries via Shopify
- Resolve exchange, return, and refund concerns smoothly
- Maintain a warm, premium, and on-brand tone at all times
- Coordinate with the operations team for seamless fulfilment
- Support in achieving monthly sales targets
- Build long-term customer loyalty and repeat business
Location: Delhi/NCR applicants only, or candidates willing to relocate.
