Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
Manage end-to-end client lead delivery operations and ensure timely allocation of leads to clients.
Monitor lead fulfillment against client commitments, campaign objectives, and delivery targets.
Conduct regular lead quality audits to identify duplicates, discrepancies, invalid submissions, and data inconsistencies.
Perform data quality checks and maintain accuracy across CRM systems, databases, and reporting platforms.
Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to resolve lead-related issues and improve delivery efficiency.
Communicate with clients through calls, emails, and virtual meetings to address queries and provide campaign updates.
Prepare and share reports on lead performance, delivery status, campaign outcomes, and operational metrics.
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead conversion rates, lead acceptance rates, cost per lead (CPL), and delivery efficiency.
Assist in managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and other advertising platforms.
Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards and performance reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure proper documentation of client interactions, leads, and campaign activities.
Collaborate with technology and product teams to identify process improvements and automation opportunities.

Support the onboarding of new clients and assist in campaign setup, execution, and monitoring.

Assist in vendor, partner, and university coordination activities as required.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, service-level agreements (SLAs), and quality standards.
Support cross-functional projects related to customer success, operations, process improvement, and business growth initiatives.
Perform regular lead reconciliation, campaign tracking, CRM updates, and internal team coordination activities.

Stipend Structure
Fixed pay: ₹ 10,000 - 15,000 /month
Incentive pay: ₹ 500 - 2,000 /month
