About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include

1. Visit assigned schools daily to ensure smooth implementation and functioning of the AML program.

1. Coordinate closely with teachers, school coordinators, and administrators for day-to-day program execution.

1. Monitor classroom activities, student engagement, and usage of AML activities and tools.

1. Identify operational or implementation challenges at schools and support quick resolution.

1. Conduct regular follow-ups with schools to ensure consistent program adoption.

1. Assist teachers during program activities and training sessions whenever required.

1. Collect field data, attendance, feedback, and implementation updates from schools.

1. Maintain daily reports and operational trackers using Google Sheets or Excel.

1. Coordinate with Operations Managers regarding school-level updates, challenges, and progress.

1. Travel regularly within assigned districts for school visits and implementation support.
