Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with schools for program planning and execution
- Manage calendars, schedules, and stakeholder communication
- Track proposals, agreements, and project timelines
- Coordinate with trainers, vendors, and internal teams
- Maintain documentation and operational processes
- Manage CRM and ensure accurate data tracking
- Reach out to prospective schools and education partners
- Follow up on leads, meetings, proposals, and renewals
- Schedule demos and presentations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Support the sales pipeline from lead generation to closure
