About the Role
Kidway Education is looking for passionate and qualified Social Studies Teachers to conduct engaging online classes for primary school students (Grades 1-6) in a structured virtual classroom environment. The ideal candidate should have strong subject expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to make Social Studies engaging, interactive, and relevant for young learners.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct live online Social Studies classes as per the assigned schedule.
- Teach key concepts related to History, Geography, Civics, and other Social Studies topics appropriate for primary-grade students.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and assessments.
- Encourage student participation and maintain an engaging virtual classroom environment.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress on a regular basis.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and parents when required.
- Collaborate with academic and operations teams to ensure smooth class delivery.
Work Shifts (IST)
- Morning Shift: 10:30 AM - 2:30 PM
- Evening Shift: 8:30 PM - 12:30 AM
