1. Ensure the smooth execution of the academic calendar and lesson plans.

1. Monitor student progress and maintain observation-based learning records.

1. Coordinate with facilitators to ensure consistent curriculum delivery.

1. Support assessment planning and review student learning outcomes.

1. Ensure the effective use of Montessori teaching materials and learning resources.

1. Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and provide constructive feedback.

1. Conduct parent orientation sessions and follow-up meetings.

1. Guide parents on Montessori practices and home-based learning support.
