Other requirements
Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; Montessori or Early Childhood Education certification preferred.
Experience teaching primary or Montessori learners is an advantage.
Strong understanding of Montessori philosophy, child development, experiential learning, and activity-based teaching methodologies.
Familiarity with NEP, Bloom's Taxonomy, and student assessment practices.
Excellent verbal and written communication, teaching, presentation, and classroom management skills.
Ability to effectively engage with students, parents, and educators while maintaining strong parent communication.
Good planning, organizational, coordination, and time-management abilities.
Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate documentation.
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and online teaching platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, and LMS tools.
