The Montessori Facilitator at Vikalp Online is responsible for conducting engaging and interactive online sessions for young learners, following Montessori principles. The role focuses on fostering independence, creativity, and holistic development in a virtual learning environment.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include

1. Conduct live online Montessori sessions for children (ages 2-6 years)

1. Facilitate orientation sessions for parents and learners

1. Plan and deliver lessons aligned with Montessori philosophy

1. Create a positive, interactive, and child-friendly virtual classroom environment

1. Demonstrate activities using Montessori materials or household alternatives
