About the job
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to prospective students and parents through calls, messages, and digital platforms.
- Explain and promote Vega Visionary's programs, including the British Curriculum, IB, SAT, and AP.
- Guide new students through the onboarding process from start to finish.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with tutors and the academic team to ensure smooth student handoffs.
- Track and report weekly enrollment numbers and conversion metrics.
- Retain existing students by ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns promptly.
- Contribute to referral programs and word-of-mouth growth initiatives.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of prospects, clients, and follow-ups.
