Experience in on-premise or hospitality-facing roles
Prior exposure to distributor management or field sales
Foundational financial acumen with the ability to understand on premise account economics, activation ROI, menu/drink pricing, depletion trends, and distributor execution levers that improve customer growth and ROS.
Background
Strong local market knowledge
Experience managing customer relationships at outlet level
Familiarity with activation programs and events
Education
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Relevant certifications (e.g., WSET, CSS) a plus
