• To ensure that warehouse is always ready for internal/external audits through GMP compliance.

• To maintain cGMP records to follow cGMP practices at Warehouse.

• Receipt, storage, issuance/dispatches and reconciliation of semi-finished goods, finished goods and cell banks and to carry out the periodic physical stock verification.

• Monitoring expiry, nearing expiry and retesting of semi-finished goods and finished goods.

• Equipment maintenance, temperature monitoring and handling of temperature excursions.

• To ensure timely dispatch of products.

• Preparation of returnable, non- returnable gate passes.

• Handling of returned and recalled products

1. To make the e-log entries and SAP entries.
