Role Description:As an Office Boy at Newton School of Technology (NST), you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of office and campus operations. You will support administrative and facility-related activities while helping maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment for employees, students, and visitors. What You’ll Do: Office & Facility Support - Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of office premises, meeting rooms, pantry, and common areas. Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to employees and visitors as required. Assist in office opening and closing activities. Support day-to-day operational and administrative requirements. Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards across the workplace. Administrative Assistance - Handle photocopying, scanning, filing, and movement of documents. Deliver and collect office materials, parcels, and important documents. Assist teams with routine office errands and operational tasks. Monitor and replenish pantry supplies, stationery, and housekeeping materials. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security staff when required.Campus & Event Coordination - Assist during meetings, interviews, campus events, and orientation activities. Help set up meeting rooms and event spaces as needed. Be flexible in handling additional operational responsibilities during busy periods. Who You Are: Punctual, disciplined, and dependable. Prior experience in office support, housekeeping, facility management, or similar roles is preferred. Basic understanding of office discipline and cleanliness standards.
