About the job Key Responsibilities Maintain and organize physical and digital files, records, and documentation accurately File, retrieve, and update documents as required by different departments Ensure proper labelling, version control, and archiving of all records Support preparation and formatting of letters, memos, and official communications Operate and maintain office equipment including desktops, laptops, copiers, printers, and scanners Manage office supplies inventory and coordinate replenishment as needed Coordinate courier, dispatch, and handling of incoming and outgoing mail Assist in setting up meeting rooms, printing materials, and general office upkeep Handle incoming and outgoing calls with professional phone etiquette Draft and send clear, concise, and professional emails on behalf of the team Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders for routine communications Maintain a log of all inward and outward correspondence Assist the HR team with onboarding documentation, filing, and record keeping Support coordination of interviews, meetings, and internal events Maintain attendance records, leave trackers, and employee files Assist in preparation of HR reports, letters, and circulars Skill(s) required

Other requirements Graduate in any discipline (commerce/arts/science); certification in computer applications preferred 2 years of experience in administrative or office support role Excellent typing speed with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Sheets Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask and prioritize Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi Professional call etiquette with ability to handle incoming/outgoing mails independently Clear and concise email communication skills Attention to detail in managing files, records, and documentation Willingness to support colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment Familiarity with office equipment such as desktops, laptops, copiers, and scanners Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Google Sheets and Docs Basic knowledge of data entry software and accounting systems preferred Attention to detail and accuracy Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Professional verbal and written communication Reliability and punctuality
Salary Salary during probation: After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,42,000 - 3,70,000 /year Annual CTC breakup:
Fixed pay: ₹ 2,40,000 /year Variable pay: ₹ 2,000 /year
