Role: Office Admin cum Finance Executive (Experienced Any Industry) Location: Chennai CTC: Up to 4 LPA Experience: 2+ Years Industry: Facility Management Key Skills:* Office Administration* Finance Support* Bid Management Support* Pricing & Costing* Documentation* MIS Reporting* Presentation Preparation* Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables),MS Excel, PowerPoint & MS Office* Vendor Coordination Responsibilities:* Manage day-to-day office administration and coordination activities.* Support the Bid Management team in preparing tender documents, costing sheets, pricing proposals, and commercial submissions.* Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and business documents.* Coordinate with Finance and Operations teams to collect data for bid submissions and costing exercises.* Handle billing, invoicing, MIS reports, and documentation.* Maintain records, trackers, and office files.* Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders.* Ensure timely and accurate administrative and finance support for business operations.
