Key Responsibilities
- Understand client and job requirements, including role expectations, skills, qualifications, and hiring needs.
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media platforms, referrals, internal databases, and direct outreach.
- Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, communication, and eligibility.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and clients while ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates and provide timely updates throughout the hiring cycle.
- Assist in offer management, salary discussions, and onboarding coordination.
- Verify candidate documentation, work authorization, and ensure compliance with company policies and US employment requirements.
- Work with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Bullhorn, JobDiva, Workday, Greenhouse, or similar platforms to manage candidate records and recruitment pipelines.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
- Track recruitment metrics and contribute toward achieving hiring targets and performance goals.
Job Overview:
- Gain hands-on experience in US staffing and recruitment.
- Work in a night shift (US shift) environment.
- Develop practical HR, recruitment, communication, and MS Office skills.
