Key Responsibilities

1. Handle full-cycle recruitment for non-IT roles across multiple levels

1. Source candidates through Naukri, job portals, references, and internal databases

1. Screen resumes based on job fitment, communication, stability, and domain knowledge

1. Conduct initial telephonic rounds and shortlist relevant profiles

1. Coordinate interviews (telephonic, virtual, and face-to-face)

1. Maintain strong coordination with hiring managers and understand manpower requirements

1. Share daily and weekly MIS reports and maintain updated trackers

1. Manage offer negotiation, rollout, and follow-ups until onboarding

1. Participate in hiring drives, mass recruitment, and walk-ins when required

1. Build talent pipelines for recurring roles
