About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include

1. Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, headsets, and networking equipment.

1. Manage Windows and Linux systems, user accounts, software installations, and access controls.

1. Ensure compliance with company Information Security policies and IT standards.

1. Configure and support dialer platforms, telephony systems, SIP trunks, IVR systems, and call recording solutions.

1. Maintain IT asset inventory, documentation, system configurations, and operational procedures.

1. Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, telephony, and application related issues.
