Key Responsibilities

1. Monitor and manage daily NDR (non-delivery report) cases.

1. Coordinate with customers to resolve delivery-related issues.

1. Update NDR remarks and process reattempts, address corrections, or returns.

1. Track pending NDR cases and ensure timely closure.

1. Process and coordinate daily order dispatches.

1. Ensure timely and accurate shipment dispatch.

1. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

1. Escalate unresolved shipment and delivery issues to the concerned teams.
