Music Operations Executive Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Music Operations Executive to manage end-to-end music release operations. This role will serve as the central coordination point between the Creative, Archive, and Music Operations teams, ensuring timely releases, metadata accuracy, asset readiness, and seamless execution across digital platforms.The ideal candidate should have strong operational skills, a process-driven mindset, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. Key ResponsibilitiesRelease Planning & Operations
- Manage the complete release process from content readiness to platform delivery.
- Coordinate release schedules across Creative, Archive, and Mumbai Operations teams.
- Track upcoming releases, catalogue deliveries, updates, and takedowns.
- Ensure all assets, metadata, artwork, and supporting materials are ready before deadlines.
- Maintain release calendars and operational trackers.Metadata & Content Management
- Create, validate, and quality-check metadata for audio and video content.
- Ensure compliance with platform standards and internal content guidelines.
- Resolve metadata discrepancies before delivery.
- Maintain content databases, catalogue records, and release documentation.Cross-Functional Coordination
- Act as the operational liaison between Creative, Archive, and Mumbai Operations teams.
- Follow up on pending deliverables and ensure smooth workflow execution.
- Coordinate content sourcing, archival retrieval, artwork availability, and release readiness.
- Escalate and resolve operational bottlenecks proactively.Asset Management & Delivery
- Oversee asset ingestion, organization, handovers, and version control.
- Support quality checks for audio, video, artwork, and metadata.
- Track content movement and maintain delivery records.Process Management & Reporting
- Maintain operational dashboards, trackers, MIS reports, and release status updates.
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure adherence to timelines, SOPs, and operational standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in music, media, digital content, or entertainment operations.
- Strong understanding of metadata management and digital content workflows.
- Excellent stakeholder management, coordination, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail with a process-oriented approach.
