About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
- Contribute ideas for content, product pages, marketing campaigns, and other growth initiatives as the brand scales.
- Research and understand guerrilla marketing strategies suited for fast-paced, low-attention-span consumer audiences.
- Assist in planning and executing creative marketing experiments to improve brand awareness and engagement.
- Help build, manage, and optimize email and SMS customer journeys, including welcome, post-purchase, retention, and win-back campaigns.
- Manage customer segments and schedule targeted marketing campaigns based on customer behavior and lifecycle stages.
- Write, edit, and refine marketing copy that aligns with the brand voice and resonates with customers.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements to increase engagement, retention, and conversions.
- Collect and organize marketing data from advertising platforms, website analytics tools, and email marketing software.
- Maintain clear dashboards and reports tracking key metrics such as sales, marketing spend, open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and customer retention.
- Analyze performance trends and identify significant changes or opportunities that require action from the team.
- Ensure marketing data remains accurate, organized, and up to date for effective decision-making.
- Collaborate with the team to translate data insights into actionable marketing and growth strategies.
