• Plan and implement Montessori curriculum and learning activities
• Prepare and maintain an organized, stimulating, and safe Montessori classroom environment.
• Present Montessori materials and lessons according to Montessori methodology.
• Observe, assess, and document each child's progress and development.
• Support children's independence, self-discipline, and problem-solving skills.
• Maintain positive communication with parents regarding student progress and classroom activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership to ensure high-quality educational standards.
• Ensure the well-being, safety, and inclusion of all children.
• Participate in staff meetings, training programs, and professional development activities.
• Maintain classroom records, attendance, and developmental assessments.Required Qualifications
• Montessori certification from a recognized Montessori training institute (AMI, AMS, or equivalent).
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Education, Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
• Experience working with children in a Montessori environment.
• Strong understanding of Montessori philosophy and child development principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with young children.Preferred Qualifications
• 13+ years of Montessori teaching experience.
