About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple communication channels.
- Set up campaign configurations, audience segments, communication templates, and targeting criteria to ensure accurate and effective campaign deployment.
- Monitor campaign performance and execution, ensuring timely delivery while addressing and resolving operational issues as they arise.
- Prepare, validate, and manage lead databases prior to campaign launches to ensure data quality and readiness.
- Maintain database accuracy by identifying, cleansing, and removing duplicate, incomplete, or inaccurate records.
- Segment customer and prospect databases based on campaign goals, geographic regions, lead sources, and business requirements.
- Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly campaign performance reports and dashboards.
- Track, measure, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including delivery rates, open rates, engagement levels, response rates, and conversion metrics.
- Provide actionable insights, performance summaries, and recommendations to stakeholders to support decision-making and campaign optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, sales departments, and external platform partners to ensure seamless campaign execution and operational alignment.
- Assist in troubleshooting campaign-related issues and contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Ensure data integrity, regulatory compliance, and adherence to campaign schedules, operational standards, and organizational policies.
