About the job

Key Responsibilities

1. Capture, compile, and maintain sales and presales data from multiple sources and CRM

1. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for lead flow, follow-ups, site visits, bookings, and conversions

1. Design and maintain dashboards and trackers for management reviews

1. Analyze trends in leads, conversions, team performance, and campaign effectiveness

1. Identify gaps, patterns, and improvement opportunities in the sales funnel

1. Provide insights and recommendations to support business decisions

1. Ensure accurate data entry and maintain data hygiene in the CRM system

1. Coordinate with sales, presales, and marketing teams for timely updates

1. Standardize reporting formats and improve MIS processes for efficiency

1. Prepare PPTs, reports, and summaries for leadership meetings

1. Support review meetings with data-backed analysis and presentations
