About the job

As a mis executive/data analyst at WHEELEY, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our operations through data analysis and MIS reporting.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain MIS reports for various departments to track and analyze key metrics

1. Utilize generative AI tools to automate and improve data analysis processes

1. Create advanced Excel models to streamline data management and reporting

1. Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement

1. Communicate findings and insights effectively through written reports and presentations

1. Ensure English proficiency in both written and spoken communication to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders

Skill(s) required

Advanced Excel Data Analysis English Proficiency (Spoken) English Proficiency (Written) Generative AI Tools MIS Prompt Engineering Report Generation

Other requirements

1. Good with Excel/Google Sheets ‚ AI comfortable with SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and cleaning messy data

1. Can take raw, inconsistent data and turn it into something clear and correct

1. Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) to work faster and can explain what every formula you write actually does

1. Have a head for business: you don't just fill cells, you understand why a number matters

1. Are careful and trustworthy with money data ‚ you understand that a wrong payout breaks rider trust
