About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
- Support the planning, setup, and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple communication channels.
- Configure campaign parameters, audience segments, templates, and targeting criteria to ensure accurate campaign deployment.
- Monitor campaign execution and performance, ensuring timely delivery and resolution of operational issues.
- Prepare, verify, and manage lead databases prior to campaign launches to ensure data readiness.
- Maintain database integrity by identifying, cleansing, and eliminating duplicate, incomplete, or inaccurate records.
- Segment customer and prospect databases based on campaign objectives, geographic locations, lead sources, and business requirements.
- Generate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly campaign performance reports and dashboards.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including delivery rates, open rates, engagement metrics, response rates, and conversions.
- Provide campaign insights, performance summaries, and actionable recommendations to internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams, sales functions, and external platform partners to ensure seamless campaign operations and alignment.
- Assist in identifying and resolving campaign-related issues while contributing to process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure data accuracy, regulatory compliance, and adherence to campaign timelines and operational standards.
