Were looking for a Meta + Google Ads Specialist to scale the digital performance of Varnika Arora a contemporary jewelry brand known for its design aesthetic and celebrity presence. Were not looking for someone to simply run ads were looking for a strategic partner who can generate conversions, optimize ROAS, and help us scale our D2C business sustainably. We looking for someone truly result-driven, who treats every rupee like their own and is confident in their ability to deliver. Were open to flexible payment models whether thats a monthly retainer, a commission-based structure tied to sales, or a hybrid of both. Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta (Instagram + Facebook) and Google (Search, Display, Shopping)Build full-funnel strategies with retargeting, lookalikes, and conversion campaignsConstantly test creatives, formats, and audiences to improve performanceCollaborate with our design/content team to develop effective ad visuals & messagingTrack performance metrics (ROAS, CAC, CTR, CVR), and iterate campaigns weeklySet up accurate tracking via Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and Google Analytics (GA4)Suggest website, landing page, and checkout improvements to increase conversion rates What Were Looking ForMinimum 25 years experience managing Meta & Google Ads for D2C brands (fashion/jewelry/beauty a huge plus)Proven track record of scaling ad accounts and delivering conversions (not just traffic)Deep understanding of paid funnels, retargeting, customer behavior, and ad creativesStrong with numbers: ROAS, CPA, CTR, LTV, CAC and how to improve themExperience with Shopify is a bonusCan work independently, take ownership, and deliver weekly progress updatesComfortable working on performance-based compensation if youre confident in results

• Experience in working with Fashion & Jewellery brands, preferably in the similar niche.
