Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Meta & Google Ads Expert role based in Jaipur. The Meta & Google Ads Expert will plan, create, and manage performance-driven advertising campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) to drive qualified traffic, leads, and sales. Daily responsibilities include keyword and audience research, campaign setup, budget allocation, bid management, ongoing optimization of ads and landing pages, and implementation of A/B tests. The role also involves tracking and analyzing campaign performance using analytics and reporting tools, preparing clear performance reports, and recommending data-backed improvements. The Meta & Google Ads Expert will collaborate closely with marketing, design, and sales teams to align campaigns with brand objectives, product launches, and seasonal promotions, while staying updated on platform policies and best practices. Qualifications
- Proficiency in Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) campaign creation, audience targeting, and optimization, with hands-on experience managing performance and brand campaigns.
- Strong Google Ads skills, including Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube campaigns, with the ability to conduct keyword research and structure high-performing campaigns.
- Experience with web analytics and tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, conversion tracking, pixels, UTM tagging) to measure and improve campaign ROI.
- Ability to create and optimize ad creatives and copy, working with design and content teams to maintain brand consistency and improve click-through and conversion rates.
- Analytical mindset with strong Excel/Sheets skills for reporting, performance analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including funnels, remarketing, customer acquisition costs, and lifetime value.
