About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
- Reach out to merchants via calls, WhatsApp, and emails to introduce our platform.
- Assist merchants in completing the onboarding and registration process.
- Follow up with interested merchants and resolve their basic queries.
- Maintain onboarding records and update merchant details in spreadsheets.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth merchant activation.
- Achieve daily and weekly onboarding targets.
