Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
- Conducting crisis assessments and providing emotional support to callers in distress.
- Utilizing your knowledge of psychology and social work to offer appropriate interventions and referrals.
- Maintaining accurate and confidential records of all interactions with callers.
- Collaborating with a team of professionals to ensure the highest quality of care for our clients.
- Participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
- Demonstrating exceptional written and spoken English proficiency in all communications.
- Adhering to ethical guidelines and best practices in crisis intervention and mental health counseling.
