Medical Lab TechnicianLocation: Praan Health 50+ ClinicReporting To: Clinic ManagerEmployment Type: Full-TimeRole SummaryResponsible for sample collection, basic diagnostic operations, home sample collection, inventory management, and ensuring a seamless patient experience for adults aged 50+.Key ResponsibilitiesLaboratory Operations

• Collect, label, and process patient samples.
• Conduct routine diagnostic tests as per protocols.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely reporting.Home Sample Collection
• Conduct home visits for sample collection.
• Ensure safe handling and transportation of samples.
• Coordinate appointments with patients and caregivers.Equipment & Inventory
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment.
• Monitor consumables, reagents, and stock levels.
• Ensure compliance with safety and biomedical waste protocols.Patient Care & Coordination
• Deliver a professional and comfortable experience for patients.
• Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare staff.
• Support health camps, screenings, and preventive care programs.Qualifications
• DMLT or B.Sc. MLT.
• 13 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Freshers may be considered.Skills
• Strong phlebotomy and sample collection skills.
• Good communication and patient-handling abilities.
• Basic computer and documentation skills.
• Attention to detail and adherence to quality standards.KPIs
